Each room has a better facilities. We have higher speed internet/wifi access and quiet environment. Each room has a window for fresh and clean air. Proper lightining and electricity are available.
We have mainly double seater and triple seater rooms. The price ranges of the rooms are:

- Double seater: Rs.11000/month
- Triple seater: Rs.10000/month
About Bathrooms
We have a third floor building. Each floor have a neat and clean bathroom. We have total four bathrooms. This helps our residents more comfortable. Sometimes bathrooms are pack. By considering this we well maintained, neat and clean, 24/7 water facilities, geesure facility, we clean our whole hostel including bathrooms twice in a week.
Balcony and Parking
Each room has a balcony facility. It is one of the best things that every residents demand. It helps our residents get fresh air with fresh natural light. Rooms look bright, neat and clean. Students can study also in balcony. Students can dry their clothes in the balcony. The another things, they can talk to their parents or any other in balcony that makes every room more quiet and peaceful.
We have a large parking also. If students or any residents have a cycle and motorcycle then they can adjust their vehicles in our parking. We have a safe and secure parking . We have a CCTV survelliance 24/7 available. Another, you can watch your vehicles from balcony also.
Laundry Facility and Shoe Rack
We have a washing machine facility. It is available for 24/7. Any students and residents can take benefits from it. It helps students more comfortable and saves their time also. In winter or rainy season, washing machine is too much helpful for every residents. Students can dry their clothes in drier also.
Shoe rack is also available in each floor. Students can keep their shoes safely. It helps to make neat and clean whole floor as well as room also.
